Privacy policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Ascelera is a trade name of Deyana Health LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Ascelera”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what data we handle, why, who we share it with, and how you can have it deleted. Questions: hola@ascelera.com.
Who this covers
- People who visit ascelera.com.
- Owners and staff of the businesses we work for (our clients).
- Customers of our clients, whose data we can see while we work in our client’s accounts.
Data we collect from website visitors
This website has no forms, no advertising trackers and sets no cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
If you email us, we keep your email address, your name if you give it, and what you wrote, so we can reply.
Data we handle for our clients
When a business hires us, its owner gives us access to accounts the business owns. We only get the access the owner grants, and only use it to provide our services to that business:
- Square: the business’s services, prices, hours, staff, bookings and payments, including the names, phone numbers and email addresses of customers who book. We use this to set up and run online booking, to check that prices match across the website and Google, to calculate our fee, and to prepare the monthly report.
- Google Business Profile: the business’s listing, reviews and performance numbers. We use this to keep the listing accurate, reply to reviews and prepare reports.
- Meta (Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account, Pixel): page and post content, messages where the owner turns this on, ad settings and results. We use this to publish posts, run ads within the budget the owner approves on the owner’s own card, and prepare reports.
- Information the owner gives us directly: business details, photos, and contact details for the owner and staff.
What we never do
- We never sell personal data, and never use one client’s data for another client or for our own advertising.
- We never move a client’s customer payments through our own accounts.
- We never ask for or store a client’s passwords for Square, Google or Meta. We use the access tools those platforms provide.
Who we share data with
Only with service providers that help us run our services, and only what each task needs:
- Cloudflare (website hosting and data storage).
- AI service providers that help us draft posts, replies and reports, used under their business terms.
- The platforms themselves (Square, Google, Meta) when we act in the client’s accounts.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
Data from Google
Ascelera’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data from Meta
We use data received through Meta’s platforms only to provide our services to the business that connected its assets to us, as described above, and we follow Meta’s Platform Terms. A business can remove our access at any time in its Meta Business Settings (Integrations → Connected apps, and Users → Partners).
How we keep data safe
- Access tokens and passwords for our own accounts are kept only in an encrypted password manager or encrypted secrets storage, never in documents, chat or code.
- We ask for the smallest access that does the job, and use two-factor authentication on our own accounts.
- We keep a record of the changes we make in each client’s accounts.
How long we keep data
- Client data: while we work for the client. When the work ends, we remove our access and delete client data within 30 days, except billing records that tax law requires us to keep.
- Emails from visitors: as long as we need them to answer and keep a record, and no longer than two years.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hola@ascelera.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are a customer of one of our clients, you can also ask the business directly; we will help it answer. How to delete data: see our data deletion page.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
